Our orders carefully get checked and packaged with care before posting. However, if any of our customers not satisfied, we are happy to help.
We do not offer refunds unless the item has been received damaged, and this can be proved.
We only offer exchanges for orders purchased via our website and this policy lasts 7 days from the date of dispatch. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
Please note that any product for exchange will only be eligible if the item has not been used or damaged, you have receipt of purchase and item has been in same packaging. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for an exchange.
Once received, the refund or exchange will take up to 3 days to be processed.
There is no exchange or refund for any international customers.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
